Booked Go Ape in September 2020, I advised was unable to attend due to Local Lockdown restrictions; rather than refunding me, I was made to book another date in December 2020, which turned out to be during full Lockdown. I lost my 36 payment as a result. It may be a nice area, but to treat people like this during unprecedented times is despicable.

Brilliant but scary.. an experience that I'll remember

It's a great experience, they say you have 5 different sections to complete but cheekily include the training section as one of them - we thought we'd messed up when we got to section 2 and it said 3 on the door. But still great value for money and the staff were fantastic. Difficult to find at the park, turn right and keep going past the big stately home. You have to join the queue to get in when you arrive which is shared with the park grounds so leave plenty of time to get there. Parking is an extra 6.50

Go ape at Margam was a fantastic day out for me and my girlfriends family... ages ranged in our group from 15 to 27 and every one of us had a great time... not difficult either.

Truly awful experience run by young adults with no personality or empathy and certainly no experience in leadership or training. Their solution when trying to explain a safety briefing to a 10 year old was simply to repeat what they had just said in a louder and more aggressive tone. The day itself when taking 3 children is not cheap but for them to be made to cry and feel silly is not worth it at an price. Please provide training to your staff. What we experienced was not acceptable.
