had an issue with the first set of stickers I ordered as the colours I chose didn't come out quite right. Sticky Things were excellent throughout and got it sorted for me straight away. Great customer service, will be recommending. Thanks guys!
Huge delay on a single print - still waiting for news. Update : Great quality. Good customer service (except when they're on holidays :) ) - too bad for the delay.
Absoltely shocking long standing customer experience. I have ordered labels from this company for 5 yrs on a regular basis the standard was always useable until last time when they supplied completely unusable labels, smudged when wet didnt stick, despite it being a straight re-order no change in specs. When I reviewed badly someone rang me and told me they had changed their supplier/spec's with supplier and that I should still get the same standard of product as previously supplied. They replace the labels supplied and though they solved the print issue the labels still didnt stick as good as previously. I have just had a \conversation\ with there \customer care\ person to check what I was going to get when re-ordering this time and whether they could supply the approriate usable product. During this converstaion I have been told was very lucky to get usable labels for the last 5yrs, that I should search my emails to find record of the telephone conversation I had with their staff!!! duuuh, that the orginal specification needs to be upgraded to a 3 tiems more expensive product and basicaly told that I was lying or had been cheating the company for all this time!!!! Absolutey disgraceful attitude from the young lady who clearly thinks that running csutomers around and trying to blame them to cover her and her colleagues failings meets the modern customer couldn't careless standards. My previous bad review which i replaced with a glowing review following the positive outcome of my last complaint has dissapeared but I would now not recommend this company as the have seem to have become a shambolic mess of amateurs!!!
