Prompt appointment and diagnosis and very quick treatment. No waiting!! Dr Lee is brilliant and does my wisdom toot extraction very seamless. I was bit nervous before procedure but it was very easy with Dr Lee. All staff was very supportive even in such covid times.

Great experience overall. Safety precautions excellent. Always happy with Jo (big achievement as I’m an Uber nervous patient). Only thing I’d say is your website says you’re open at 8am but no one answered the phone until around 8.20, after numerous calls.
I have a childhood trauma of dentists thanks for a very long and painful orthodontic treatement which began when I was 6. Dr. Jo is the first dentist who I actually liked and trusted - it's a big deal for me to say this! She is kind and gentle and explained things as we went along the examination. I really appreicated her concern for the unexplained growth in my gums which require NHS referral. She did not try to \sell\ other treatments and I will book that hygienist appointment she suggested. Overall experience was very good - everyone was friendly and professional. The clinic was clean and felt safe to be in.
