I have been with the housing association around 6 yrs now, I have to say honestly they are great, very helpful and polite, my property is looked after very well and repairs are no problem.

Really appreciate the Housing Association for all their services. We have had a few problems regarding our heating but we contacted the Housing Association and they responded really quickly and fixed the problem. All staff are extremely helpful and responsive. Rent is really good in comparison to private rent prices.

i am a tenant of the new houses in portree, i have found my house to be large warm ,dry and efficiantly heated ,the house hold bills are much lower than my last home also housing authority. the rent is reasonable and very much cheaper than private rents in this area.
