Always use this company as we can get a dog friendly taxi at no extra cost. Last night some money fell out of my pocket and I didn't realise until later. The taxi driver tried to find me at the drop off but we had moved on so he put the money in an envelope and delivered it to our home along with a note explaining what had happened. Thank you for such honesty and wonderful service.
Will never use again. Booking means absolutely nothing to their operators - two taxis to the station booked by different members of our group hours in advance, and neither of them were on time. After waiting I phoned to check if they were on their way. I was told no taxi was in our area at the moment and they were waiting for one to become available. We asked what the point in booking was if they weren't going to schedule any of their taxis to be near us for the time we booked for. Apparently it just means you get some priority over people who are calling at the time you booked for... Despite at least 4 follow up calls between us, the first taxi came more than 20 minutes late and two of us missed the train we needed and had to get a later one. Another of us only just caught her train because the train was also late. The single star on this review is for the driver - he was lovely. Not his fault at all that his scheduler only sent him more than 20 mins after the time we'd booked for. City Wide as a company deserve no stars at all. The whole point of booking a taxi is to ensure that it's there and on time when you have somewhere important to get to, like catching a train - City Wide Taxis clearly don't understand this at all. As booking means nothing to them, I will never use them again.
Big shout out to Citywide for getting my boy home safe tonight He was in a bad way so I was a bit Hysterical on the phone so you could of quite easily put the phone down on me as it was 11:55pm on New Years Eve And your driver could of refused him in his car but he didn’t So thanks very much From 3 Codrington House Xx
Excellent service both journeys from hover to QA hospital. Wheelchair accommodated without a fuss, on time, pleasant drivers.
