Very helpful at the shop and lovely place to see some examples. Lots of info given while there. During installation the team was very friendly, but I feel they did not go the extra mile. There was a skirting that needed cutting to make it easier for the plastering and I was asked to cut it myself. I don't mind doing it but then I am wondering why did I pay for someone to do the work. We had the wood burner for a week and a bit of the cement on the bit the metal chimney fell. We called and they told us this is not a problem and it is not affecting the function of the wood burner. It is only visual. I totally agree that is not affecting the function of the wood burner but still I paid for the visual part too. Not very happy with their service to be honest. They offered to give me a bit of cement to do it myself. Well that's not the point. Anyway, we are trying to support local businesses but obviously they are not trying to help themselves.

Popped in to pickup some door seal rope for my wood burning stove. Helpful as ever guy checked if I had everything I needed to do the job and gave me advice on fitting also around the same price as an online trader.

I bought an electric fire with a customised surround from Emberz after visiting the showroom in Havant Road. I was impressed from the start with the product knowledge, advice and friendliness of the service from Neale. Once I had made my choice the process to installation was easy and efficient. There was a small problem re the installation but it was rectified immediately without making me feel bad for complaining. To me that is the height of good customer service and putting the customer first. Now finished the fire is fantastic.

Very good advice given on the various types of gas and electric fires and the running costs of them. Plenty of display models to look at and brochures to browse. Pleasant show room with good lighting.
