Had a car bought down from a northern branch. Thought it was a great option to have it moved hundreds of miles for no extra fee. Got the car of my dreams I’d been searching months for. Felt it was very reasonably priced. Evans on the whole was a good experience there was no hard sales just explanations of the products on offer. Had to wait a little while for the car to be ready while they sorted out the alloys and gave it a valet etc but that was very welcome. Had a small issue with the cars service history voiding the manufacturers warranty but they covered it with their own warranty. I would return for my next car and recommend.

I bought a used car from them only a few months ago and we have had nothing but issues with it . There is no way this car was serviced properly, we asked that this was done while the warranty and strangely there where no issues found but no paper work to prove that . The issues with the car have now cost us 1000. Mangers have been unhelpful taking responsibility or proving the car was serviced. Customer service is unhelpful. I would avoid them !! Please don’t waste your money or time .

Super service from Gary. No hard selling, very knowledgable and friendly,sorted out a fast rocket ship for us and got a couple of minor scratches sorted out even though he works for new car sales and ours was a second hand one he took the time to show us through the new car and we left feeling special..... not like many other dealers Thanks again GARY Cheers Dave

Had a great experience here. Come in knowing what car I wanted, Pete went out of his way to get the car out of the service centre and over to the showroom for me, kept in contact with me letting me know what other colours were available, when it was ready to see, when I could take the car away etc. No pushy sales spoke more as a friend, very relaxed atmosphere and the covid sanctions are very well in place.
