This place is amazing and so is the hair and the staff. Hollie Katie and Connor are the most welcoming team and really pay attention to every detail to make the experience the best it can be. I have my hair styled on a regular basis, both in the UK and abroad and I'm always amused to see how every stylist are amazed about the quality, placement and colour of the hair. You literally cannot get better than this.

Lovely experience at Fabulong! I have been wearing hair extensions for years and have tried clip ins, tapes, all sorts. I am now wearing their premium flat wefts and can safely say I’ve never had such lovely high quality hair and will recommend to friends and family! The wefts are so comfortable and the hair just feels like it is my own. My hair was colour matched and applied by Katie who was lovely and I can’t wait to go back for my maintenance in May! Also the salon is gorgeous and just what Portsmouth needed! Xx

Right, so where do I start with my review for this salon! I went originally on the 7th of December for my consultation and then when I went to book in for the extensions fitting I was asked to come back for another consultation as they did not take any note or fill out the forms. I went back on the 7th Jan and booked my appointment for today at 12pm. Turns out, they have double booked and actually had another appointment with some one else at 12.30 who because ‘as she seemed to be’ a friend or regular client they cancelled my appointment, even though my appointment was first! I cannot stress how hard it is for me to book an appointment as I have just had a baby so I managed to sort all of my childcare. What I do not appreciate, especially as a customer, is that because the other customer seemed to be a regular I would be the one who would need to rebook! Once mentioned that I have worked around childcare for this appointment, no one seemed to still care and the other customer was favoured over me still. No matter the other customers circumstance my appointment was booked first and was at the earlier time so would have only been fair for the other customer to have to rebook. The fact that they only realised their mistake when I turned up for my appointment is a joke! How unorganised, do they not check their diary?? Not good customer service at all. On top of all this, I was advised by them that this customer moved her appointment a few times so was inconsistent, and I never did and still got declined for my appointment through no fault of my own and no decent apology. I left the salon humiliated, disappointed and will never be returning again. I have worked in customer services so I know the service that should be delivered! Basically if you are a NEW CUSTOMER, don’t bother!
