I always thought I'd never be able to get a car from a place like this. I reserved a car and received a call from Adam almost straight away, he offered me their services, which I thought was never going to happen but nevertheless I did and surprisingly I got accepted. The effort and time Adam put in to helping me from start to finish was outstanding! His communication was tip top and I would highly recommend hendy car store and would recommend you deal with Adam, he's a credit to the Portsmouth team!

We were looked after by an amazing gentleman called Adam at Portsmouth Hendy. After being messed around by other car dealerships who left us out of pocket by a lot of money, Adam truly saved the day for us. He helped us achieve an amazing deal and even came into work on his day off in order to make sure everything was sorted for us. He really looked after us well and we are incredibly grateful and would recommend the entire dealership to anyone who needs a car!

Wouldn't buy a car here again. Purchased a jeep a couple of years ago and had so many problems with it since. Turns out all 4 doors had been resprayed (especially bad on the driver side with laquer peeling and paint drip under the handle) a garage resprayed the rear passenger side door after it was keyed and it was very apparent that the front didnt match so they had to spray that too. Alternator failed at 45k (bought car on 28k) new battery was needed at 50k. Had to return the car 3 times to have tyres replaced as they sold out with lower than stated tread the wiper blades fell to bits on its first drive back from the garage (again something I had to pay to replace) I don't believe the RAC inspections are actually being done. They buy cars straight from the auctions, buyers beware...
