Not my kind of place. Great for the kids though. A bit pricey. If your not local can be hard to find. Limited parking spaces. Friendly staff that makes up for it.

We were happy with the measures put in place keep customers and staff safe. You have to book an hour and half slot online and prepay for your slot. Once you arrive they take your temperature and give you hand gel. Adults and children over 11 are asked to wear masks. There were one way systems in place where possible and spacing between tables. On the whole I was very impressed with the efforts they had gone to, even removing the balls from the ball pit as it would be too difficult to clean each of these. One thing I would of liked to have seen more is staff asking the relevant customers not wearing their masks to put them on. There were more people not wearing their masks inside then were. I would have felt even safer had this been the case. Apart from this tho everything was very thorough.

Went for adult not just after they reopened. Great Covid measures and a happy hour on drinks. What more can you ask for!

Took our 1 year old there for a change as usually go to rock up in Whiteley and use their soft play area. If you want an example of why the UK is one of the leading basket cases in the world when it comes to the spread of Covid then look no further. Let's start with the positives. Pre paid booked slots. Check. Temperature check on arrival. Check. Hand sanitizer. Check. Courteous, well mannered staff. Check. However the same could not be said for the clientele. Masks were compulsory for all those over 11 except for if you were on the equipment (which I don't particularly understand as it should be compulsory everywhere but if that's their rules then ok) or if you were eating. There must have been well over 20 over 11s and a couple of dozen adults. Not 1 adult apart from my wife and I had their masks on. A few had them hanging around their necks but most just seemingly could not be bothered and were just milling about on the seats (not eating) or standing about. We only stayed 25 mins and heard the staff make 2 announcements about mask wearing but no one battered an eyelid. I don't blame the staff. We did mention it to the young lady on the way out but short of hiring a bouncer to throw people out there was not much they could do. An utter shambles from those parents visiting they should be ashamed. A shame as the actual facility, whilst a bit rough around the edges, was much better than rock up with twice the amount of space for our young one but clearly from this review we won't be back.

Great fun for kids of all ages, they have a toddler section on the side too. Lots of space for the kids so they are never crammed. The slides are good fun to go down with Ur kids too, adults pay a small token price to get in.
