I took my 2015 mazda6 in for a diagnostic. The team identified the fault and amazingly the team managed to agree for Mazda to cover the repair cost as part of their goodwill policy. The car has been repaired and drives like new. Many thanks to Tony, Collin, Martha and the rest of the team for a great effort. Just swapped my previous mazda6 with a newer, higher trim level. Having bought a number of cars from Snows Mazda over the years, some preowned, some new, I was always impressed by their professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I'd like to say a big thank you to Martha, Angela, Tony and Collin from the after sales department and Owen Claydon and Andy Elliott from the sales department, as they always went the extra mile in order to meet my demands. The last 2 purchases were managed by Owen and he made the process as easy and straightforward as possible, always keeping us updated and taking good care of us going through everything starting with the ordering process all the way up to the collection day. Again, I highly recommend Snows Mazda Portsmouth and the fact that I keep going back tells you everything you need to know.

I have today collected my Mazda 2 from Snows Mazda in Portsmouth. The service from Nigel Weld has been First Class. Having worked in the service industry for many years I am particularly conscious and critical of the service I receive myself. The website was very user friendly and when I made contact about 2 vehicles I was interested in, that's when Nigel introduced himself. He described both vehicles to me in detail. I asked about viewing the vehicles and he went through in detail the Covid secure regulations his company were following. With that in mind, I drove to the garage and viewed the vehicles from the outside without having access to inside the vehicles or the luxury of a test drive. When I spoke to Nigel later in the day he reassured me with the current policy that if I bought a car I could return it if I didn't like it, he explained the conditions of that policy. After deciding on the car I wanted to buy, Nigel went above and beyond to make the purchase go smoothly. Delivering documents to me personally (Covid safe) and then producing a personal video of the functionality of the car which would normally be performed at collection. The whole customer experience was faultless from beginning to end and I will be recommending Snows to my friends and family and anybody who is looking to purchase a vehicle in the future. The service and care we have received here, from the moment we have enquired about the car, to the moment we have arrived home with the new purchase and even beyond that, has been amazing and top class. Owen Claydon has been very patient and provided the highest level of customer service you can get when you’re purchasing a new car. I was looking for a used Mazda CX-5 and looked for this online due to the Covid-19 restrictions. Having found one I used the. Snows online contact option to arrange a test drive. Attending the showroom at the appointed time, the facility was Covid-19 secure and all the expected facilities and practices were in place. I was able to take a leisurely test drive without rush or pressure and took the opportunity to travel motorway, trunk roads and town. Owen Claydon was the Salesman attended to me and the experience was unpressured and friendly. We agreed the sale and I scheduled to collect the car in a week. During the week the Government changed all the Covid tiers so Owen Claydon had to arrange my collection earlier to avoid the lockdown. All good.
