Booked taxi for 1.40 pm to go out for my Birthday and Anniversary. As table was booked for 2.00 pm I started ringing at 1.50 pm when taxi didn't turn up. I rang several times and phone wasn't answered. His taxi was parked outside his apartment. Disappointed to say the least.
