From start to finish I have been very impressed with the high level of customer service and aftercare. Charles was very knowledgeable about all products and what would best suit our needs. Nothing was ever too much trouble and I would recommend Post Boxes Uk to anyone! The boxes are a high quality and also the paint and accessories. I was very impressed by the customer service provided by Post Boxes UK. From the time we requested the quote right through to installation, I found Charles to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable and prompt to reply. They arranged a sample in the correct colour and engraving that we had chosen, so we could make sure it looked how we wanted before we placed the order. The quality of the post boxes is very good and we have had a number of compliments from residents on how great they look. The delivery and installation was perfect, although we had one door that was damaged during transit, but Charles arranged straight away for a replacement door. Their quote was competitive, but the service we received early on was what made us decide to purchase from Post Boxes UK and we are very happy that we did.
