One of best Post Offices around! Very efficient staff, seem to know exactly what they are doing, courteous and friendly and very fast. I send lots of signed-for and international packages and these guys are the best I use.
There seems to be nothing simple in any service the post office supplies, Thankyou staff at New Road PO for always being helpful, patient, friendly & knowledgeable.
My experience in using this branch has extended over 10 years. During that time, I would typically visit at least once a week and have consistently found an agreeable counter service for transactions, information and postal advice. It is to be regretted that the government support of the branches has been inconsistent and unhelpfully parsimonious - particularly in transferring out some services that were formerly available through Post Office branches.
