Closed all day Wednesday as of 8/7/20. The only way of finding the correct opening times are by actually going to the place and reading the notice on the gate. If you are reading that notice, then it's probably shut. Why can't the times be put on-line?

Appalling! Said I \missed\ delivery when tracking online from this office and I have a recorded doorbell which sends a notification of someone at door and there was no one even there all day! What liars! One of many bad experiences I have had with these guys

in a time when we rely on the postal system more than ever they decide to close more than ever. Reduced opening times and reduced staff, massice queues of people collecting thing they have paid to be delivered to their doors. I have now spent a total of 3.2 days queueing since March. Shocking service.

Opening times stated are incorrect. It was shut all day Wednesday, and closed at 11AM on Thursday morning, despite saying it is open until 15.30.

Rang them twice in 2 days to trace an undelieverd letter. No answer yesterday was on the phone 41 minutes. Rang them this morning on hold for 50 minutes still no answer had to hang up fedup of waiting
