I've had my Bespoke Arcades machine for a while now, and I love it. The team at Bespoke Arcades couldn't have been kinder and more accommodating. Ben was happy to answer my queries via EMail, and I got to go along to the showroom and see the different model available, whre Ben and Phil let me have a go of each and walked me through the options available. It was never uncomfortable nor felt like a hard sell, just hanging out with some genuinely nice folks who love arcade machines. I fell in love with the Nu-Gen because of the size and comfort of being able to sit and play games comfortably in two player with spaced out controls and a huge screen. The machine was made to a very high standard (I mean just look at her...she's gorgeous...), delivered to my \office\, which involved many a staircase. Jack set it up for me and showed me how to use it, and since then all I have to do is press a button and I'm good to go. A terrific service. I'd highly recommend Bespoke Arcades if you're really thinking of treating yourself to the ultimate home arcade.

From the point of order to when I received the machine it has has been a pleasure to deal with Ben, Phil, Jack and the rest of the team. The machine is amazing quality with a great selection of games - I went for the GT model which is entry level but still feels really premium. Being a techno-phobe I have had to call up a few times since receiving the machine for advice and nothing has been too much for Jack and has been extremely patient with me. I would thoroughly recommend to anybody! Cheers guys.
