I can only apologise, i am using a review in Google Maps to attempt to get a response from Powder Byrne. I booked a holiday for Feb 2021 in March 2020. In September 2020 i tried to cancel the holiday for fear that COVID would still be a problem. Powder Byrne continued to say everything would be fine. They did offer me vouchers, but they never offered any kind of refund narrative. Leading up to Christmas they gave me an ultimatum, pay the full amount for a holiday i knew couldn't happen, cancel and loose your deposit or take a voucher. I told them i didn't want to loose my deposit and i didn't feel safe traveling. With that they cancelled my holiday, kept my deposit, and only told me this 41 days after cancelling. Move forward to today. I have been waiting to hear from Powder Byrne having sent an email 10 days ago, still nothing. I just had to send another email suggesting a last resort of Tribunals Services. I'm gutted!! Had heard so many amazing things - just like these reviews - and i can't believe i am having to write this, just to get a response. Sorry again for people looking for objective reviews, i know this isn't the place to do this, but i have been left no option.

Excellent service!! Staff were very polite and understanding that we had to re-arrange our trip in light of Covid-19. Very sad we had to postpone, but can't wait to travel again with Powder Byrne as it's always a joy.

With Powder Byrne, it is always a pleasure. It has been an incredibly difficult and unpredictable year and yet the team has been very understanding of the situation and the service that they offer their clients has always been fantastic. I cannot wait to book another holiday with them again soon. Bring on 2021!

Don't waste your time and money with this agency. Subpar service from the agents and from the flat manager. There are plenty of better options to choose from in Switzerland.

Lovely and efficient people! Have been wonderful during COVID-19 and have been very understanding. They were very quick to reply and help me, and refunded me very quickly. Will definitely be using again and could not recommend enough! Thank you!!
