In my humble opinion, this company’s response to booking cancellations during Covid is nothing short of criminal. They took all of our 10k for the ski trip and our 800 in ski transfers, without offering a discount, postponement, or partial refund. They purely cited “troubled times” for their reason. The logic doesn’t make sense, and their unwillingness to offer any sort of flexibility for what you would think is a luxury service is criminal, in my humble opinion. Do not book with PW. Avoid at all costs. The above are my own opinion and views, although from what I’ve read, the feelings I have are mutual.

Good ski season company to work for. 2015, St Anton. It's hard work and can be very stressful at times but I was there to ski hard in my spare time and I had a good amount of time to do so. Thanks Powder White

Powder white should wear a mask with black and white stripey jumper Do not use Powder white. They cancelled our ski holiday and have offered nothing by way of refund. We were simply issued our invoice and told to follow with the insurance. To then further rub salt in the wounds, powder white offered a 10% discount on the cost of a holiday next year, when in reality the price of a chalet has increased on this years price by almost 15%. Complete Joke. In addition to the above, we had just arrived at the resort and stayed 1 night at the accommodation before finding out that the resort must close. Powder white offered zero communications and even cancelled our transfers, telling us there vehicles must remain on the resort for emergencies. We were left to arrange our own with zero help. If this was not an emergency i would be interested to know what is? Would advise that anyone who has not received a refund and booked the ski holiday as a package reads the package travel regulations 2018 and follows this up with a county court order. Powder white as per the regulations are obliged to refund you the full amount as the holiday has not been fulfilled.

Powder white took the entirety of our 10k holiday without any refund or remorse, despite cancelling our holiday. Awful provider and would never recommend them. No remorse and stopped responding. Despite taking advantage of tax payers money and furloughing their staff to reduce costs, they are happy to take all of the money received from customers without having to provide any service. Opportunism and greed come to mind. Awful company, and judging by the most recent comments of people who did go on a holiday provided by them, customer experience is awful even if they do provide a service.

We have had the worst experience with PW during the coronavirus pandemic. After cancelling our holiday they have refused to return any of the 15,000 we paid for a chalet in St Anton; not even the tourist tax that was paid upfront (we never even left the UK!) I know that the company is also putting up fake 5* reviews on UK Trust Pilot so watch out for that. Avoid at all costs.
