We really enjoyed Lois's hypnobirthing course. Despite already having done NCT, we found the course so valuable and it has made us feel much more confident about birth and our options. The pack of information and goodies was a really nice touch too. We appreciated being able to meet in person in a really small group and felt that Lois took great care in making us feel safe despite Covid 19. Thank you, Lois.

I can't recommend these classes enough! You learn so much about pregnancy and birth that you don't in other classes. It enables you to really look forward to and not be afraid of your birth. The techniques you learn for managing pain are so helpful and they kept me going through with just gas and air for the birth of my 8lb 14 baby girl. Lois is a wonderful teacher - so supportive, calming and knowledgeable. If you're not sure if you should do it, give it a go, you'll gain so much confidence for your birth. Thank you Lois.
Lois's classes really helped my confidence in pregnancy and birth. She created a calming atmosphere and equipped us with lots of knowledge in the lead up to labour... So much is covered that I felt prepared for almost all eventualities. My labour wasnt smooth but with the use of techniques learned from Hypnobirthing alongside medical intervention i was happy with, I felt in control and confident in my body's ability. For a down to earth and friendly approach i would not hesitate to recommend Precious Bond and already have done to many friends!
We attended Hypnobirthing sessions with Lois before the birth of our first daughter and it was fantastic! I couldn't recommend it enough. Lois is a brilliant teacher.
This was a really excellent course and we gained so much from attending. I know that you can buy books on hypnobirthing but actually listening to Lois and being in the company of other expectant parents really brought it all to life. Lois is a lovely calming influence who delivered the course beautifully. I was quite anxious during pregnancy and feel that I really benefitted from meeting Lois and hearing what she had to say about hypnobirthing and the importance of having a voice and a choice during labour. In fact, I believe that I had the birth that I wanted because of what I gained from this course.
My partner and I did a hypnobirthing course with Lois in late 2019 for the upcoming birth of our first child. We absolutely loved the classes and found it to be very useful pre, during and post birth. We were able to use the techniques we had learnt to guide us through the birth and I found that it also educated us on what the human body is capable of! I was pregnant with my first baby and had quite a fear of labour when I found Precious Bond Hynobirthing. My husband and I attended the 6 week course as we were looking for me to have a gentle natural birth without any intervention. This class was brilliant. It gave us an unbiased insight into how labour and delivery works and where to do our own research to make informed choices. I would highly recommend this class, especially to first time parents
