Although ordered in august had my delivery today. Karen kept me informed all the way obviously with the pandemic explained the delay. They send you loads of information and videos on how to install and what not to do. The delivery was within the time and it was carefully unloaded and put in the place I required, nothing was too much for the team that delivered. Like I said the communication is first class and I would highly recommend premier hot tubs if your looking for a good quality and good price hot tub. Customer service, price, quality, delivery and knowledge 100%. Thank you Karen and team.

After six months of research Premier Hot Tubs came out clearly on top. Value for money you are not going to get close to what they offer. We ordered the EXUMA after selling our dated second hand tub ahead of an extension. Had to wait a little longer due to Covid but well worth the wait, Karen was amazing answering any questions and Ric what a star delivering during a stormy evening ready for our electrician the following morning. Any teething problems we had have been solved by Karen & Joe. Quality tub at unbeatable price, service and features. Cannot wait to show it off to family & friends later this year!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! I don’t normally write reviews, but felt I had to on this one. This is the best money I have spent (anyone in doubt, I would highly recommend!!!). I bought this to help my back after having my 3rd back operation and it has worked wonders. We decided on the Exuma Hot Tub with the TV (it’s definitely worth paying the extra for the TV, my wife didn’t want it, but now says it’s best thing I did) We have had hrs of fun in it and it was brilliant sat in it with a glass of Prosecco on New Years Eve!!! You will not find a better hot tub with the luxuries it has at a better price anywhere else. We order the hot tub in the middle of the pandemic and due to nobody’s fault it kept getting delayed and finally got delivered in December. Karen was absolutely BRILLIANT with her communication throughout and nothing was too much trouble. Any questions I asked she would respond straight away. (I run my own business and she is the type of person who I would love to have working for me) Rick who delivered it was Very Very helpful. Ours was not the easiest of places to get it in position and we had a few obstacles but he knew exactly what he was doing. (You will never forget that one Rick) A big THANK YOU to everyone at Premier Hot Tubs.

We cant thank Karen & Rick enough for the great service they provided, what a great company. We are absolutely delighted with our Tahiti Hot Tub, which arrived on 29th of December 2020 as planned. We ordered our hot tub in the summer, staff were very helpful and informative while deciding on which tub. We ordered the Tahiti with tv. Due to the pandemic the tub was delayed, but we were kept up to date on this process. Our tub was finally delivered and installed in November, the gentleman was very thorough and informative on how to operate. Once the tub was full and wanted we have been enjoying the experience ever since. All the family love it. What I really like is that any questions we may have are continually answered by email promptly. Thumbs up from all the family
