First class. Our original driver was ill but Mike called me to advise he had arranged replacement drivers. Both Paul & Ian were true gents - polite and courteous throughout. Happily use again.
Well !!! For at least the last 8 years we have used destinations and I thought it about time I let everyone know what a professional company they have always been with us . I’m sure there are more posh buses out there but you can’t buy great service, and loyalty. We have Never been let down the drivers are always courteous and try there best to get us as close as they can to park near the races ( save the girls walking to far ) same on the pick up . Also a competitive price , so we look forward to are next day out . Thank you .
Poor customer service. Took payment for a booking but did not place the booking in the system, blamed human error and if they say they are going to ring you back to discuss your complaint, do not bother waiting. If you want a professional, well organised service with great customer service, then do not use these jokers
