I had the worst experience with this company. I ordered a dress late April and was told that i'd have it within 10-15 days (give or take a few days) so happily i payed the deposit which was half the price of the dress (180) and patiently waited until a month suddenly passed by, messaging them severally they said they was waiting for the specific embellishment i'd asked for, so patiently again i waited. it then got to a point where i desperately needed the dress so i was messaging them every day for around a week, finally after bugging them i then finally received my dress 2 weeks before i needed it (i also asked for excess material to be sent so i could make a head piece with the same material, i did NOT receive the excess material) as soon as receiving the dress i tried it straight on all excited to finally have my dress to find that the stones were falling out the embellishment and the embellishment was also coming away at the back had it been only tacked on, i then sent the dress back and explained what had happened and was promised by the owner to have the dress back within one day however a week passes by and still no dress (bearing in mind i needed the dress in 5 days time and still had to have a head piece made) after a stressful 2 months i finally received the dress and the excess material, but being told 10-15 days and it turning out to be 2 months is very unprofessional in my opinion, and most certainly overpriced for the quality of the dress.

Unbelievably poor service. Order placed 4 wks in advance of party...the item was promised on multiple occasions take it would arrive in time. It didn't arrive! And after repeated calls, messages, etc prior and after delivety wouldn't be replied to. Absolute thieves praying on young girl's. Over priced. Extremely poor service Completely disinterested especially once they've got your money!
