Date of Visit 24/07/20 I have ate here countless times over the last 3 weeks and the food is the best around and value for money too. The only downside is things always missing from the order. No salad on kebabs, missing pizzas, tonight I ordered chicken and doner mix, only chicken turned up. Sort it out lads. ️
Papas Pizza is a great local pizza shop to go to, or telephone for a home delivery service. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and find all items on their menu is quite varied at reasonable prices. Also if there is something else you prefer that is not on the menu, they'll try their best to make it for you.
Don't bother ordering from these. The customer service is very poor. It has been the 3rd time in a row they have missed items off out order. This time they didn't even bring back what they missed off & got irate with me when I called them back. Not to mention the quality of the food has gone from Very Nice to Poor over the past 12 months. If you must try them make sure they relay the order back to you before you hang up. On a positive note the Delivery driver is one of the most friendliest people we've had & could teach his fellow staff members a thing or two about dealing with customers. I don't make a habit of posting reviews either way but hope this helps you decide.
