I placed an order on 3rd March 2021. Still have not received goods. Have sent several emails and made numerous phone calls but have never had a reply. Funnily enough company were able to take payment fromy account same day as order placed but cannot manage to answer emails or telephone calls. Have checked website again today and it states they are open but still cannot get my telephone calls answered. Beginning to think this is a sophisticated scam. Important Update Since posting review I have now received telephone call from owner and received current up to date information. Without going into detail I am now aware of circumstances regarding my order etc and can confirm I am much happier and look forward to receiving my order in due course. For anybody reading my review please do not be put off ordering from this company. The owner will do her upmost to help.

Lovely store. Fantastic variety of kitchenware, glassware and gifts. Much needed in this area. Prices well priced. You can spend a little or a lot. Definitely recommend a visit. Lovely customer service too.
A bit of an issue due to the supplier but a great big thankyou to the lady I spoke to in the store. Very pleased with my wok that I purchased.
