Really wonderful people who are friendly and helpful. The standard of fitting is super with attention to detail evident in a number of areas. A couple of small areas required revisit and without gas for 2 weeks with the gas man not arriving for a week. Readily sorted once highlighted to the team. Really want to give the review a 5 star but unfortunately the recommended oven has left a sour taste. We have moved from a basic fan oven to a 'Belling' gas option (wish I had done my research). First an electrical fault which meant the oven kept switching off and on over Christmas until it could be repaired in the new year and second, the performance of the unit is appalling. Timings on food packaging mean nothing now. As a general we must double the listed times to get to an acceptable standard. Not the fault of the business but rather a very expensive lesson to me in doing my research and not just being so trusting. The business delivered on its quote so I take the responsibility for now having an appliance that we must work around until the kitchen is next replaced.

Delighted with design, fitting, quality workmanship and service. A wonderful team of people.Superb job with outstanding attention to detail. Hi all, jus wanted to add a personal experience and my live journey where Sumners played a big part in keeping me sane. I was in a bad place so was my kitchen , I initially asked them for a qoute back in 2013 ( I guess) then again in 2017, I couldn't motivate myself and even dreaded the enormity of the task in hand so keep putting it off, Mr senior patiently gave me another qoute which I couldn't afford but on day I was in prestatyn thought I jus go in ... I was in the verge of breaking down. Mr. Senior sat with me amended the kitchen plans under my budget and offered to mend a big hole in my kitchen roof ,all within my budget. Work completed with a week with no disruption to my life, with good quality workmanship, they even accommodate my Rudely dog. Thank you.
