We use an accumulator head machine with an advanced parison programmer (for those interested in such technicalities, this means we have much greater control over wall thickness for more technical products, allowing us to mould complex parts and still achieve a uniform wall thickness throughout). We are happy to supply small batches and will accommodate anything between 100 and 5000 units. This means our customers can reduce their stock holding and keep costs down. We have access to a number of toolmakers, both in the UK and off shore, and can offer a solution to suit most budgets. But we are also happy to take on an existing tool. We work across a broad range of market sectors including automotive, agriculture, industrial, medical, sport and leisure. With over 25 years experience in technical moulding, we advise customers on the most suitable manufacturing method for their application. If we believe extrusion blow moulding is not the right way forward, we have a number of partners who can help with rotational and injection moulding solutions.
