17 for a Fiat 500 - hardly value for money. Definitely won’t use again. There are better car washes around for less money, recommend you go elsewhere. Edit in reply: I understand that if a car is excessively dirty then you may need to charge extra, however a Fiat 500 is already a much smaller car than most and therefore requires less time. When a 4x4 is 18, charging 1 less for a car 1/4 the size isn’t right. There are other car washes nearby which cost 10, so my original statement of not value for money stands.

Went today to this 'prestige' car wash and had a mini valet .... I can't say that I am disappointed , I am disgusted with the service , mini valet advertised at 15 costed 18, the dash is not wiped properly , the tires are dirty as well as the inside of the doors, beside that the inside mirror fell down from just a gentle touch when he tried to wipe it i think and they guy asked me if I can put it back.... tried but could not.... paid the 18 in full , on the way out(fuming of course) another employee asked me if i am happy and showed him the mirror , he put it back but of course he did not put back all the parts and some of the clips from the mirror are broken..NEVER AGAIN ... if you care about your car , run and avoid them like hell.. pictures and videos attached
