Terrible- Through Amazon I ordered parts one of which was an cup holder for an Audi A4. It came in a worse state than the one I had...the mechanism would not operate at all ! Coming from a breaker you would expect some slight maybe moderate wear on any parts however not in this shabby broken condition. No refund to be issued until I returned broken part so paid for P&P and returned the items. 3 weeks later they tell me nothing has been received... now need to make a claim through the courier for parts that should never have been sent in the first place. If i’m honest I think it’s a high chance they did receive them, the companies integrity isn’t the highest. Best buy new or reconditioned !
