The quality of the products from Prestige Wicker is excellent! I have purchased 3 medium wicker chest basked and 1 lined laundry wicker basket and all of the products are strong and very well made - a great alternative to plastic storage/baskets. Their customer service is equal to the quality of their products - I liaised with a member of the team called Lee and he was very helpful when I needed to arrange an exchange as there was a slight error with the size of the baskets that were delivered. Lee was able to rectify this efficiently and hassle free. I would recommend this company and their products
