Superb service! I placed my order around 11:30 pm on Saturday, but the item was quickly delivered on the following Tuesday. I made some clarifications via email, and they were very quick to respond as well. Very pleased customer here!

Not the best of experiences just because I decided after receiving the instrument I didn't wish to keep it. They insisted I pay return fees but according to distance law the were clearly supposed to have sent a carrier. Even the carrier I used agreed with me. Secondly I purchased an instrument stand which had a couple of scratches when I received it even though new and boxed. Sent it back no full refund as I got blame for scratches. Deduction of 20% so therefore overall I lost 50 for trying one of their instruments. The staff need to learn about the law of purchasing by distance and a lot more on telephone politeness.
