Its ok at best, unfortunately for me every time I go in,there is no stock for the item I require. This as been a problem since argos opened in sainsburys.

Don't shop here! Goto Amazon, if you shop here and have a problem/dislike the item they will shrug and tell you to leave. If you want poor customer service and the knoweldge that if you find the item is trash after you open the box this is a great place to shop. If, however, you want to be safe in the knoweldge that if you dislike an item you can return it, buy from Amazon.

Waited over 40 minutes to return an item, got all the appropriate paperwork but they can't trace the order hopefully I'll get my money back soon and never order from argos especially argos preston. Customer service non existence, terrible staff. I would personally give them 0 star!!!!

I'd avoid buying from them in the future. They don't offer price matching and hardly have any seasonal discounts. You'll find most things Argos do cheaper elsewhere like Amazon.
