Nice place for to drop by while out and about in the city centre. Customer service is great considering how big the place is ...you can easily be left waiting and forgotten , but there is always member of staffs around and walking passed your table for sure. Food is ok but I think they need to seriously consider checking through their menu's content. Chicken dish had full on pork chuck s but was not stated on the menu.They did change it but I think some little gesture of good will in addition would have been nice as an apology. This does not give a good reassurance for customers when ordering anything in particular which might be linked to allergies etc... Apart from that, nice atmosphere, and always helpful staff around. Would recommend.

Delicious food here. We had chicken in a creamy truffle sauce and salmon with veg and sweet potato fries. Little slow on service but well worth the wait
Me and my sister was Christmas shopping in Preston and dined here for lunch having a 3 course meal. The food was amazing and the waiter was very attentive and the atmosphere was great. See you again soon next time booking for afternoon tea as looked amazing....x
Clean, stylish, relaxed atmosphere, tasty cuisine and good service. Absolutely, I’d visit again. Though, I would’ve appreciated a slightly larger portion.
Lovely place, good and atmosphere. Staff very pleasant and helpful and all socially distanced and safe. Will definitely return when open!
