The coach at Lancaster is rude. He constantly tells the 4 & 5 year olds that he is disappointed. I felt my son learned very little in the time he was there. There were two young coaches to around 20 children. The children didn’t have a clue what they were doing half the time. The coach doesn’t explain properly and wasn’t good at communicating with the young children. I found the main coach patronising, unfriendly and Under qualified. Don’t waste your money on this course!

excellent service, my child loves coming to your holiday clubs! He has been coming for 3 years and never had any issues. The coaches who look after them are very interactive and the kids always have a ball! highly recommend! drop off between 8am and 9am, pick up between 4pm and 5pm, take a packed lunch and drinks etc all for between 45 and 50 per week per child.

If your child for various reasons does not work with the trainer because maybe he is ashamed then you have no reason to enroll them in this club. That is why they removed my child from the list. Translating the trainer that the child does not understand what is being said to him. And the opinion of a preschool psychologist says quite differently that the child is communicative and carries out the instructions. Isn't discrimination throwing a child off the list just because he doesn't understand everything ?? It's best to get rid of the problem instead of trying to reach the child. Or maybe the problem is not in a child who has already been to the club for some time and everything was fine ....... Should it be this way ????

As I am only 10, You might have a different experience than me but I thought i t was absolutely freaking awful! All the kids are badly behaved and DO NOT wear your socks on the bouncy castle. It ruined mine.
