Although the current situation due to Covid19 has made matters rather difficult for all of us, not to mention the least the NHS, visiting the medical centre is always a pleasure for me as I find the staff to be very pleasant, courteous and most helpful, as well as friendly and kind. This is just what you would hope for from the health service when visiting them in your time of need.

Visited the eye clinic today. Shocked at how badly Covid19 restrictions were being addressed. No social distancing. Huge clusters of people. No hand sanitiser available. Hardly anyone wearing masks. Tougher standards in supermarkets. Shape up medics. This is appalling.
Dr Ali Surgery - wish I could put minus zero. This doctor, I don't know how he dears to call himself this as he has no compassion, no listening skills. In fact he has no skills. He does not listen to you, jumps to conclusions and should be shut down. Asked for numerous calls backs only to be told he won't, refused my fitness note even though I had to attend accident and emergency as was in that much pain but he denied I was in any pain despite several emergency doctors and paramedics telling him my diagnosis and I require long term pain relief. Finally after begging did I get some and he made up my fitness note with his own diagnosis. Took weeks to sort out. Nearly cost me my job but no every other clinician was wrong and he was right. He gets an idea stuck in his head and labels you with it. Totally incompetent.
By far one of THE most unprofessional and negligent GP services I have ever experienced. The service has dramatically gotten worse since Dr Ali took over from Dr Shazid. Dr Ali - frankly, a disgusting, rude and arrogant man - that speaks and treats patients in a manner beyond repute. Quite the opposite to Dr Shazid, who had a warm and caring manor towards his patients and their families. If I could have given this service -5 stars I would have.
