Friendly staff,but difficult to make sense of ordering procedures and unclear pricing . Had to use these lot as part of a Preston college course my son is on , was given a sheet of paper with prices and log in details by his lecturer and thought I'd call in as they are a local company . Was met by a helpful man who didn't know what I required but he swiftly went and found a lady that did . She explained ordering over the counter isn't how they do things and I must log on to order ! I returned to my car outside and logged on, it became apparent that the ppe she had told me to order (the royal) was not listed so I returned to the counter to be met with a third person , I explained that I can't see a oyal\ overall on the site and he explained that royal is just the colour and not the name ( looked navy to me) ! And the price has gone up by almost 20% ! This apparently is the college's mistake, however I would suspect there has been a breakdown in communication somewhere ! Anyway overalls are ordered, boots will be sourced elsewhere . If you must have a monopoly , try and keep things simple to make life easier for everyone.
