Failed twice of class 1, even had enough experience of more than 5 years of class 1 from another country and had more than enough lessons here,even my teacher was strongly satisfied with my driving,wasted alot of my money,examiner stoped test very soon , he should let one drive enough and then make his decision, disappointed,hopefully no one had these kind of examiners.

Failed class 1,Patrick said i didn't check the pin,he knows i did.No on line report! All the examiners are reading from different hym books.Its a money scam. Stay away!!

really strict at kirkham. any giving chance to fail you and they will. try a different place for your test. all they want is money. if you’ve got donna expect not to pass. man hater

Failed twice First? Fair enough I made an error, no complaints Second time? Even knowing what I failed for I’d do it again. Yes, the lady is renowned as a hard pass, far too many people have said it for it to have no basis. Yes. You did something she could fail you for....but other centres don’t seem to notice as much. Kirkham is a tricky place to drive an hgv anyway, so that’s a part of it. I’d say, tho, the fact i can get a retest there in 3 days but 4 weeks at Lancaster suggests it’s not just my observation

Am I reading reviews of the same place - Did my HGV Class 2 here in Nov 2018 and my HGV Class 1 here in October 2019, passed both first time, The lady (Donna) was my examiner on both occasions. The place was clean, free refreshments and the examiners put me at ease on both occasions. Just a couple of minors on both tests. I can only recommend them - as long as you do YOUR part, of course!

This test is to be avoided at all costs, I work here staff are unprofessional and very poor at customer service They have male only toilets by the way. That says it all. The worst test centre ever.
