DO NOT USE THEM! If I could give minus stars I would. TL:DR Not only was installation delayed 3 times and damage done to our house, but instead of apologising for this they instead had one of their manager call us and try to intimidate us into paying early even though we were on a pay on completion contract. They installed a door which was the wrong colour, which had door furniture that was the wrong colour and when we complained (reasonably and in a measured and polite fashion, because shouting is rude and gets you nowhere!) We were told they don't offer discounts or refunds and basically ignored. They caused damage to existing flooring and walls by getting fibreglass everywhere, did not bother addressing any concerns. They then, as stated above, had the absolute gall to try and make us pay them monies they were not owed until completion. We used then for many years before this but will never use them again. Rude, inflexible and genuinely awful customer service. Do not recommend.

Just a big thank you to Lancashire Double Glazing for my new french doors with internal blinds, the blinds aren’t something I thought about but Tony demonstrated how they work. Great product & great service. Definitely would recommend.

Recently had a door and front windows fitted with this company. Easy from start to finish. No pushy salesman, instead he actually gave me some good advice and a competitive price. No asking the manager or stuff that you hear about and dread. My wife and I had time to consider what we wanted and more importantly who we wanted to do the work and were not badgered or pestered by this company one bit (unlike others I could mention). Installations team we’re efficient and started and finished on time. Extremely neat and tidy. House looks fantastic and already feels a lot warmer. We will be using them again next year when we do the rear of the house.

They were recommended by a colleague. Best thing that could have happened. Just completed our single storey extension and it looks great. They took care of everything from planning to building regs. Now I’ve just got to decorate!!!
