Terrible! Awful! Don’t waste your money! Paid a lot of money for a log cabin to be placed on a concrete base in my back garden. The log cabin was plonked directly onto the concrete and of course started to soak up water every time it rained. I asked the business numerous times to come and take a look at it and see if it could be raised up slightly or something, the same way as my completely perfect garden shed is, but they were unwilling to do anything at all to rectify the issue. The log cabin continued to soak water and wet all my items inside. Still Sam at the business did not care at all and would not help me in anyway whatsoever. He was not even willing to refund some of my money so that I could get somebody else in to sort it out. Completely and utterly rude to speak to, customer service is none existent and he is totally unreasonable. I have never had this sort of experience with any company before in my life!

ONE STAR (would put zero if I could) -- PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Atrocious company! The log cabin is poorly built and frankly dangerous! My sister had numerous email exchanges with Sam (the owner) to try and resolve the issues; but he's extremely rude, unprofessional and accepts no liability whatsoever for the failed project. She's asked for his public liability insurance details several times - he refuses to provide them. She's also asked for a partial refund so that she can ask another (reputable!) company to fix the issues - he refuses. She's now taken up the problem with trading standards and small claims legal. In one email communication, Sam said he's been in court for this same issue before! UPDATE 09/04/2021: After being in situ for just a few short weeks, the door handle has fallen off the cabin, and yesterday we woke up to find the window frame had fallen off and was lying on the lawn. The build quality of these cabins is terrible! These issues are after a few weeks in Springtime when the weather has been mild. I can't imagine how this log cabin is going to survive British weather during Winter!
Very interesting cabins both in design and construction
Really pleased with the build quality of a cabin we have had done. Very efficient and hard working lads who installed it, had the option of having the wood pre treated too. Would highly recommend. Shame I can’t upload photos.
