From day 1 when I had a conversation with Nathan, the service I received from everyone at Lexus Preston has been something to write home about. Courtesy and service received from James on our visit to the dealership for viewing and test drive was great. On day of collection of our new car, we were greeted by James outside who was very polite and welcoming. Upon entering the showroom, we were offered beverages and a comfortable seating area to wait while they quickly dealt with other customers. Correspondence electronically and face to face meeting with sales manager Martin Currie was very swift, pleasant and professional. Everyone at Vantage Lexus Preston made us feel very important and special. I would very highly recommend this place if you are looking to purchase a new car. I'm sure they would be even better if it wasn't for this Covid 19 situation.

Nathan has been extremely helpful all through the process of buying my car and afterwards with all the info on the policies I wanted to look at and eventually purchased. At 1 point I phoned to cancel my order as I didn't think the car would fit in my garage. Nathan took the time to bring a car over from Preston to Blackpool and try it in my garage, we both breathed a sigh of relief when it went in the garage. Nathan has been polite, friendly and most of all patient as I have looked at buying this car on and off for about 18 months to 2 years. I would have no problem recommending Lexus Preston and Nathan to anybody who wants to buy a Lexus and I look forward to a good relationship with both.
