Extremely knowledgeable and competent. Andrew seems happy to repair trailers and give them a service and does not try and push you towards a new one. Very sensible and helpful advise. Multi skilled as well as working out of hours and being very accomodating with good communication. Went over and above and also does a great job. So happy I've found someone for my trailers. Very highly recommended

Andrew managed to secure us the trailer we needed in double quick time and ensured it was ready for us to collect as arranged even though he had some personal issues which were far more important than our trailer. 5 Stars all round. I haven't bought anything from this company simply because he didn't allow me, (please keep reading the all feedback) ....I have been searching for replacement wheels for my tired trailer for many days being told that several sizes would fit my trailer (confused to hell!!). Originally I asked him for a price for a for a particular size of tyre which I was told by many other companies would fit, he refused by explaining that there are \many variations can you send me more information pictures etc\ by this time I had lost faith and ordered from another company. I decided to confirm I had the right price I sent him the pictures to which he responded \the size you asked would fit but are not correct and will be offset\ I replied again for a price to which he replied \sorry I have to refuse as they will not be correct for your trailer\ I decided to do many Internet searches and to my amazement he was correct, if I had fitted those wheels they would have lasted a few weeks and may have been dangerous!!!! A product is only as good as it is made for any buyer no matter the marketing, we will never know the quality until we try however if we have more companies like this one the insurance is more reassuring. I am shocked but optimistic that honesty of companies is still alive. My feedback is to buy from him regardless of price simply because its the right product.
