Great customer service and a high quality install. Although I had a tricky install for my boiler the team was great and sorted the issues out for me. I would like to thanks all the customer service team for how they dealt with me through the whole process, Polite professional. Thank you!

I would like to share my experience, Engineer arrived timely yesterday and installed the boiler but unfortunately as they left it stop working. I called the engineer and they come back after 1 hour to fix the issue but unfortunately the boiler was faulty. Now the process is to call the Worcester so they can fix the issue i called them and they said that only slot they have after 3 days. being family and small children i become so much worried and stressed out specially Ramadan timing. But May Allah bless Luckman and David they realise the situation and send the engineer today and replace with new boiler. I do understand this is not easy in one day to do all compliance and making possible to replace. I will recommend this company and also suggest please stay calm they are very helpful and i was so much stress but they give me commitment to resolve by tomorrow. ONCE AGAIN THANK YOU VERY MUCH

I would like to appreciate Mersey Eco Grant for insulating my house and fitting the boiler as i was having a lot of difficulty in my house due to the extreme weather. Had new boiler installed in November 20. No communication at all by the engineers on installation or post install guide / advice. Left the job with all their rubbish. No after install support. Poor communication. Complaint still ongoing without any resolution in sight.

Professional work carried out by the team, Craig was amazingly helpful, always answered his phone, even at the weekends. The boiler was fitted to a high standard and the lads who fitted the boiler were professionally qualified. I will not hesitate to recommend their services.
