Me and my boys have regular gone to the odeon for the past 10 years and have always been impressed by the service and standards, it's not a new build or modern but does have a Costa which again we have been too a lot and also has excellent service.

Always happy to visit this cinema. The Covid-19 guidelines and safety measures are non-taxing, the staff are friendly, more importantly it's getting to watch some quality movies.

Really feel disappointed with our experience. We reserved and paid 2 Premier seat in Odeon Preston at Cinema 3, when we arrived the seats looks uncomfortable, smelly and needs a good make over. When we sat there, the staff came over and wants to see our tickets if we really paid for our seats even just two of us in the cinema. I understand that she only doing her job but we really feel disappointed. The Premier seats should be free looking at that condition.

Nothing fancy but there is plenty of parking for cars, friendly service and large enough movie theaters, with armchairs of bearable comfort ... it's ok ..

Staff was excellent and friendly, feel bad for staff they were standing to welcome people all the time but very less people there for movie, people were out everywhere not in cinemas why , just go there . Great service, followed all govt guidelines.

This is a very comfortable and a very large theater. The concession stand is fabulous. The selection is much larger than usual for a movie theater. The seats, sound system and screens are all better than the average. Due to its size, and the number of theaters, there is also a large selection and variety of films to choose from. This was a pleasant location for a movie.
