If I could give 10 stars I would! Absolute professionals from start to end. Nothing but absolute joy to deal with. I ordered a used bike and Tom called me to go through the details. What a gentleman. Down to earth and friendly. Nothing was too much bother even though I emailed about a gazillion times, ha ha ha. The weather was horrific so the order was held back until the snow dissipated about a week later (the A9 Drumochter was particularly bad). But, if I did have the bike, I wouldn't have been able to use it anyway, so no loss... But the bike was due to arrive before lunchtime yesterday and as promised, the driver called an hour out , giving me time to get to my garage and prepare for the delivery. As for the bike, I was not disappointed. The photo's didn't do it justice! Immaculate, serviced and new mot. It even had half a tank of fuel. Would I deal with them again? Oh yes, for certain, even though they are several hundred miles from me. If I could use one word to describe them? Fantastic! Thanks Tom and the team, you've made my whole year :-)

What a great bike shop all you need plus more.

We visited the shop today and had driven from Blackpool. On entering the shop a chap informed us that we weren't allowed in without an appointment (fair enough given the circumstances) however we explained that we had checked the website before travelling and this wasn't indicated anywhere, we were told they hadn't had time to update (again fair enough). We had a look through the windows so not to have an entirely wasted journey and another chap approached the store so we informed him that it was appointment only, he explained that he didn't have one and had also looked online before travelling. A member of staff from inside the shop allowed the chap in the store and asked him to sign in. We attempted to ask why we were refused entry if the other chap also didn't have an appointment - we were ignored. Unfortunately we won't be visiting the store again and now have an upset little lad who was looking forward to seeing the superbikes.
