Preston Roofcare Ltd a company to do the job and sort the problem We have had a small hard to identify leak around a chimney for 3 years and various patching jobs done on it . We were very impressed with the problem being identified by Preston Roofcare Ltd and solved. The job was completed professionally and promptly carried out to a very high and clean standard. They fixed the problem straight away, quality of work was excellent and at last, no more leaks !! Would not hesitate to recommend this company, a professional job done and very nice people to deal with, they thoroughly deserve a five star review.

We had a large re roofing job done at our house. The quality of the work done was fine. However one of the roofs developed bad leaks. We have tried many times over the last few months to get In touch with the owner to come back and look at the job and see if he could determine the cause of the problem. He ignores our calls, when we got through he pretends he has no reception. We rang off our landline to his and as soon as he knows who is calling he puts the phone down and doesn’t pick up again. Absolutely abysmal customer care and after service. I would strongly advise that if you use this firm, do so with extreme caution. The work is good but the aftercare is terrible. We have since had to get other roofing contractors up to look at the job and they have told us it is so bad that it needs to be ripped off and started again. Very disappointing!
