Just wasted a morning after being booked in to design a bathroom and kitchen. I thought something was wrong when I kept trying to give Maz the architect plans so he could start designing ,but he wasn't interested. Then as soon as we said we were not paying 20k for a kitchen the atmosphere changed dramatically. We were told we should just concentrate on designing the bathroom and were told to look round on our own. We picked a tile we liked, expecting the bathroom designing to start then, but no, we were just given a price for the tiles and pretty much sent on our way. I really have no idea what happened, but we left very disappointed and angry at how we were treated

THANK YOU! Our bathroom look exactly the way we wanted it with the amazing help from Mr Bilal Bhayat who patiently listened to our ideas, advised us with his and created the perfect design. We got all the bathroom from tiles to towel hanger from them because they simply had things we haven’t found anywhere else: amazing design and quality. So we would most definitely recommend them! If you look for something special, visit, speak to them and you will not regret it!
The staff are all really friendly,down to earth and always there to help. A massive thank you to Muhammad for being so patient, for all his time, effort and excellent service to help us choose and design our bathrooms exactly how we wanted. It was a real pleasure to deal with him and really appreciate all the time and expert advice he gave us. Would definitely recommend and revisit ROCCIA again.
What a fantastic experience. The staff are so helpful and friendly . Nothing is too much trouble . The showroom is amazing and wow so much choice. We were struggling to get any tiles on time and they even sorted delivery and brought the day forward to help us out. We would definitely recommend and will be back to complete another bathroom x Well done to Anis and the team :)
Great staff and customer service!! We’ve spent a huge amount on remodelling the house and have purchased goods from several retailers and Roccia by far was the best! The customer service was beyond my expectations judging from experiences elsewhere and the after care is excellent! We bought three bathrooms, including floor and wall tiles and the process was smooth from the onset. Design with Ebrahem was easy. He came to do a measure and was able to help in select the right equipment for some tight spaces. That was matched with the tiles and Siraaj was extremely helpful in ensuring it would complement the design. I’m extremely happy with the final look. The aftercare has to be a special mention especially when one spends thousands. Saeed has been very helpful in getting things resolved quickly and so overall I am impressed with the service I have received. Thank you to everyone at Roccia.
