Really nice food! I had the pizza here which was really nice and a good portion size! The service was a little slow but it wasn't to bad! I also had the sticky toffee pudding which was really good as well! I would recommend it!

Great food as you can see from photographs. We enjoyed a light bite this time, very tasty and filling although less calories. Soon made it up with the bottle of wine though! Good, friendly staff that are welcoming and polite. Gluten free options were tasty and not rubberized pizza bases.
Went for dinner late Friday night...we were late for our reservation..but we had call them to inform them...there was no problem. Quickly we were shown to our table. Food was nice and atmosphere too. Will go back.
The food was good. I ordered the char grilled chicken salad and it was delicious. The service was alright but a bit slow. It took a while for us to get the deserts ordered and it wasn't even that busy.
Possibly the slowest service I have ever experienced. In a restaurant where there were plenty of staff and very few customers you would expect it to take less than 15 minutes to take your drinks order. But the staff were far too busy having a nice chat than to serve. The food when it did arrive had become cold during the wait, we did not complain as the staff completed a vanishing act worthy of Paul Daniels. I have eaten in several Prezzo restaurants but shall not return to the Guildford branch.
Visited on a quiet Sunday for my mum's birthday staff didn't seem interested in serving us took ages to get their attention the whole time we were there. Several orders were wrong and sent back to the kitchen. And to top it off partner got food poisoning from the seabass which lasted a week which they tried to shrug off but was only meal we ate that was different 2 days leading up to visit and after! Very poor won't be returning shame because our local Prezzo is normally excellent
Have paid them a visit about 5 times now. Everytime I got delicious food served by cheerful and remarkably nice staff. The weekend deal (13 for three courses) seems to be the best deal in the town. Taking your crush to the restaurant will not ruin your budget.
Be careful that you do not get charged twice when paying with a card, and you are told the first transaction was "declined by the card provider". This is not necessarily true, the manager scrapped the erroneous "declined" transaction slip without showing it and later when confronted insisted a return to the restaurant was necesary to resolve the extra payment, all this despite two distinct transaction IDs showing on my card account, he said he had no info to hand and could not make a refund, a real pain if you are just visiting UK and just once in the area, so what is the plot?
