I just wanted to say a big thank to Dr Richards, my lips are now healed and I just love the shape! They look so natural and full I never thought they would look this good after one appointment! I had my first night out since lockdown over the weekend and had loads of compliments and they looked gorgeous with my lipstick. Dr Richards was extremely professional, knowledgable and talked me through the process, I would recommend him to anyone thinking of getting fillers!

I had an amazing experience from start to finish, I was put at ease immediately with the information provided by Dr Liam Richardson who listened to my concerns and needs from the treatment. I had BOTOX done by the lovely Dr Richardson and he was amazing he really explained the treatment in full detail and made me feel so comfortable throughout my treatment , i also went to him to have my cheeks done which he made me feel so good that I didn't feel the need then to add more to my cheeks, he is so professional and not just out to make money and pump filler in when it's not needed , I will 100% travel back to Birmingham to have more treatments done by him in the near future. I had been suffering from fatigue by late afternoons at most days. Dr Richardson recommended a Vitamin B12 shot and explained the immediate benefits of the B12 injection than taking the supplements. It's been a couple of weeks since and I feel so much refreshed and full of energy. Dr Richardson is very attentive and explained in details of the procedures. I am definitely a convert! Highly recommended.

I had recently developed growing concerns about my memory and decided to get in touch with regards to a Vitamin B12 infusion. From the first telephone conversation through to the actual infusion Dr Richardson was professional, polite and very comfortable answering any questions with regards to the process of the procedure and any possible risks and side effects. The procedure itself was relatively painless and since having the infusion I feel like a new man. Definitely recommend to anyone concerned with their memory or fatigue.
