James was very knowledgable and incredibly helpful during the planning stage, taking care of all aspects of the planning for us. He really listened to what we wanted to achieve and was available for queries throughout the build. We have had this managing agent manage a building where we are commercial tenants for approximately three years now. Throughout this time they have been late year on year with regards to producing the service charge accounts, despite numerous requests for the information, official complaints and solicitors becoming involved. We have now reported this firm to RICS for their overall incompetence in relation to accounting for client funds and the poor management of the commercial premises. They are now being investigated by the RICS regulatory inspection team.
