This company recently damp proofed and refitted my kitchen. Customer service was excellent: Steve was honest and friendly and was keen to get things as good as possible. Similarly, the kitchen fitter Darren took the trouble to make sure everything was just right - no corners cut anywhere. If he could find a way to make things better he would. The finish was excellent. Highly recommend these guys, they are the real deal.

Steve recently assessed my basement for the presence of damp. I was very impressed by his professional approach and honesty. He did not recommend any unnecessary work and I found him to be trustworthy and responsive. He did not charge me for removing a section of wall to check if damp was present. If I do need any work doing going forward, I will definitely be engaging Pro-Dry.
