The young lady who served us was keen to demonstrate how our purchase works. I was impressed that, rather than go on about the features, the first thing she did was demonstrate the safety features. She repeated them several times during a very instructive demo. I was very impressed.

I needed a new set of cookware after buying an induction hob. I loved my old cookware, ProCook too but not induction (my son is giving it a new home!). The staff in Dalton Park were great. Very helpful and knowledgable about the products. I opted for the ProCook Elite range and I'm more than happy with my purchase, it looks great, heats evenly and is so easy to clean - even by hand. Bought some new upgraded knives from here and they are excellent! The staff were so helpful in telling me everything that ProCook had to offer with regards to different sets. I even bought a biscuit cutter that I had wanted for ages and it is excellent quality. Will def return!
